Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and include all original tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at kago.msp24@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for sending your item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately upon receiving the package so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, fresh flowers, or plants), custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns on gift cards. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out.

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, return the original and place a new order after your return has been accepted.

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at kago.msp24@gmail.com.
